  • Framed from the foundation up
  • Decks were installed as framing went up
  • The garage was framed with living space on the upper level of the garage connected through a hallway with access on both the primary and upper levels of the house.
  • Windows and exterior doors installed.
  • Siding was installed with some cedar shakes in some parts to add a little contrast.
  • Timber frames were installed on the back side with a chimney on the main level.
  • Timber frames were installed on the front side of the house with a special precut design to add to the final look of the house.
  • Timbers were also installed as adornment on the gables and the front side of the garage to add to the final look.

Great Vista (S38)

Wilder Woods (C82)

  • Timber frame installed on the side of the house, the main entrance, and the gables for adornments.

Cliffs Edge (C47)

  • Framed from the foundation up.
  • Framed an 18’ knee wall to the elevation of the first floor.
  • Decks were installed as the framing went up.
  • Framed garage with a small attic and a hallway connecting with the house.
  • Windows and exterior doors were installed.
  • Siding and trim were installed.
  • Timber frames were installed on the front and back of the house, as well as the gables for adornments.

  • Framed garage aside from has a small roof covering a walking path sustained by timber beams from side to side.
  • Decks were framed on the house’s front main entrance and back side.
  • Siding was installed with bark on gables and dorms.
  • Timber frames were installed on the back deck, the front main entrance, and on gables for adornments.

Royal Rustic (V61)

  • Framed from foundation up.
  • Framed garage with a small hallway connecting the house and garage.
  • Decks on the house’s front main entrance and back were framed.
  • Windows and doors installed.
  • Siding was installed.
  • Cedar shakes were installed in front of the main entrance and dorms.
  • Timber frames were installed in the main entrance, and the deck on the back side has a chimney and adornments on gables.

Eagles Nest (VR12)

  • Framed from foundation up.
  • Siding was installed.
  • Cedar shakes were installed on gables.
  • Decks were framed on the lower, main level, and main entrance.
  • Windows and doors were installed.
  • Timber frames were installed on the front and back deck, as well as on the gables for adornment.
  • The garage was framed with access to the attic through the outside on the back of the garage, with a stairwell leading up to a small deck for the entrance.
